Ordering

1. Shopping basket

Select the product which you wish to order by clicking on the “Add to shopping basket” button. This will deposit your selection into the shopping basket. You can change this selection at any time before sending your order by changing the number of products selected, by deleting the selection when clicking on the “Remove” box, or by cancelling the order process. You can move on to the next order step by clicking on the “To checkout” button.

2. Checkout

Please log in with your email address and your password if you already have a customer account; otherwise please register as a new customer. Your data is collected, processed and used subject to the legal data protection provisions (Data protection notice). No other utilization or forwarding of this data to third parties occurs. If you are already logged in, you can now process the shipping and payment data. The summary of your shopping basket can also be viewed on this page.

Please check your invoice address and state the Payment method you would like to use. You can add an alternative delivery address by clicking on “Do you want to send the delivery to a different address”?

3. Complete order process / GTCs and data protection

Please check whether all your stated data is correct, and read the General Business Terms and Conditions (GTCs), the Data protection provisions and the Cancellation policy through carefully. You may only continue with the order if you accept the GTCs and the Cancellation policy (by putting checks in the boxes). In the same way, you have to put a check against “I consent to my personal data being transferred to the shipping service provider”. By clicking on the “Order with an obligation to pay” button, you will transfer your order to us. In this way, you submit a legally binding offer.
